Opportunity

We are seeking a Proposal and Contracts Specialist to join our team as an independent contractor (1099). This role is pivotal in identifying and securing new contracts, leveraging your expertise in business development, communication, and negotiation to propel our projects to success. 

Compensation

Performance-based compensation with commission rates between 1% - 4%  

Key Responsibilities 

- Identify and secure new contracts, enhancing our footprint in tech solutions. 
- Provide regular updates on progress, aligning with our strategic goals. 
- Utilize our business development tools and databases effectively. 
- Navigate subcontracting and clearance obligations as required. 

- Draft out RFPs on an as needed basis
